What does "Max # of APIs" mean?

The "max number of APIs" refers to the number of APIs you design in Postman. It does NOT refer to how many APIs your company uses. You can also check our blog post for a more detailed answer to this question.


Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts on your pricing?

Yes. Postman is proud to offer multiple plans and prices to help organizations of all types, including free licenses through our Student Program and Postman for Nonprofits program.


What is the top tier of customer support offered by Postman?

The Postman Enterprise plan offers our top-tier support package, with access to our support specialists by phone or email and a one-day response time service-level agreement (SLA).


Will developers who are not working with a team (e.g., just using Postman for personal projects) need to start paying for Postman?

No, developers not working with a team will not be required to start paying for Postman. We love our community of global Postman users, and we will continue to offer the free version of Postman. The free version includes many features you know and love, including sending requests and inspecting responses, designing and mocking APIs, testing APIs, monitoring APIs, and much more. The free version is also a great place to start collaborating.

If you find that you need higher limits for features, specific features such as SSO, increased access to support, or are collaborating with others more often, then we suggest considering an upgrade to one of the new plans—but the choice is always up to you, of course.


Can we submit a purchase order? Can you invoice me?

The Postman Enterprise plan offers PO/invoicing as a payment option. The Enterprise plan also offers custom payment terms. The Postman Team and Business plans are only available for purchase by credit card.


Can I increase licenses during my subscription?

Yes. For customers on the Postman Team or Business plans, you can add licenses at any point in the subscription.

For those on Team or Business plans, you can simply go to your management console to add a new member. With our auto-flex policy, you won’t be billed for the new users until either your next billing cycle for monthly plans or on a recurring quarterly basis for annual plans. During this monthly or quarterly period, you will also have the ability to assess your needs and add more licenses or remove them before the billing date. Can I decrease licenses during my subscription?

Yes. At renewal, customers can decrease the number of licenses and/or the number of licensed users to fit their business needs. For customers on monthly plans, renewals occur each month, and any requested reductions in license counts will take effect on the next month. For customers on annual plans, renewals occur on the specified renewal date (once per year), and any requested reductions in license counts will take effect at the next renewal date.
