Postman support for resellers
Many of Postman's customers work with resellers, and we want to make sure that process is as successful as possible!
How do I purchase Postman products as a reseller?
Purchase a Postman Enterprise plan
Fill out the Contact Sales form and someone will get back to you in 3 business days.
Purchase a Postman Basic or Professional plan
New Basic or Professional plans can be purchased directly on our website. Be sure to give yourself a “Billing” role during checkout. This will allow you to purchase on behalf of your customer and give you access to make any necessary changes in the future.
Note: Please ask the customer if they have an existing Postman subscription before making any new purchase, otherwise the customer's work may be disrupted. The customer's pricing, billing, and team configuration is dependent on their existing subscription.
Upgrade plan, renew plan, or add additional licenses (Basic and Professional plans only)
Upgrading a plan, renewing a plan, or adding additional licenses can all be done through the customer's dashboard. The first thing you need to do is have the customers give you a billing role on their team. Have them follow these steps:
- Head to the Manage Team screen
- Select the "Invite Users" button
- Enter the reseller's email address
- Select the "Add" button
- In the dropdown next to the reseller email address, select "Billing". (This can be done by a team member with an admin or billing role).
- Select "Send Invitations"
Check your inbox for the invitation and follow the instructions to create your own Postman account. Once your account is created, head to the customer's dashboard and make the necessary changes.
You can only make changes to the account of the customer that sent you the invitation. To make changes to another customer account, you will need a separate Postman account.

We unfortunately do not provide quotes for Basic or Professional Plan. Please head to our website for information about pricing.
Do you accept purchase orders?

What payment methods are accepted?
Enterprise Plan - Credit card, ACH and wire transfer
Basic/Professional Plan - Credit card only
Automatic renewals
All Postman plans will automatically renew for periods equal to your initial subscription term (and you will be charged at the then-current rates in the Pricing)
